01The LioBox, free with your first order
The original manual LioBox dispenser comes free with your first supplement order. It is yours to keep.
02A refill spool with every order
Your supplements arrive in sealed sachets on a spool. Each sachet is printed with its day and time. Load the spool into your LioBox.
03One sachet for each time of day
Pull out the sachet that is due, tear it open and take your capsules. Morning and evening formulas come in separate sachets.
04POP by Kwelio
The new version arrives on iPhone in Q4 2026. Log each daily Pop and earn Lio Points, which you own.
An automatic LioBox is in development in collaboration with Dubai Health Innovations. Extra LioBoxes and name badges are in accessories.
Capsule-in-capsule
One capsule. Two parts.
Coreº1 is a capsule inside a capsule. The oils, with vitamins A, D3, E and K and omega-3, sit in the outer capsule; vitamin C and eight B vitamins stay dry in the inner one. Both are designed for slow and targeted release.

- 538.8 mg fish oil (32.3 mg EPA, 220.9 mg DHA), with vitamins A, D3, E and K.
- Inner capsule
- Vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12.

The new POP by Kwelio is coming to the App Store for iPhone in Q4 2026. Log your Beads as you take them and earn Lio Points. Your points are yours, and Beads customers redeem them for rewards from Kwelio’s partners.
