Ordering and delivery
Can I order now?
Not yet. Online ordering is not open. Leave your email and we will tell you when it opens.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the UAE. Delivery is free in Dubai; elsewhere in the UAE a delivery charge is added and shown at checkout, before you pay.
What comes with my first order?
Your supplements, in sealed sachets on a refill spool, and the original LioBox dispenser, free. How to set up your LioBox.
What comes with later orders?
A new refill spool for the LioBox you already have. If you want a second LioBox, it is AED 100 in accessories, where you can also order a name badge for AED 50.
Can I return something?
We do not offer refunds or accept returns, because supplements are personal and perishable. If your order arrives damaged, we replace it. Email us with your order number and a photo. See the policy.
About the products
What is Coreº1?
Coreº1 is a daily multivitamin with 13 vitamins and omega-3 fish oil (EPA/DHA) in one capsule-in-capsule. Fat-soluble nutrients sit in the outer capsule and water-soluble ones in the inner capsule. Supplement facts.
How are the sachets organised?
One sachet for each time of day, printed with its day and time. If you take all three formulas, AntiOx is in your morning sachet, and Coreº1 and Skin are together in your evening one.
- AntiOx: in the morning, with food. Leave at least 30 minutes before coffee.
- Coreº1: in the afternoon or evening, with food, ideally your largest meal.
- Skin: in the afternoon or evening, with food, ideally your largest meal.
Can I take them if I take medication or have a health condition?
Please consult your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What are the capsules made of?
All three contain fish gelatin, so they are not suitable for vegetarians or anyone with a fish allergy. Every formula is gluten and all major allergen free. The full capsule composition is on each ingredients page.
How should I store them?
Store in a cool, dry place, between 15 and 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 36 months from production.
Subscriptions and Lio Points
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time, with no cancellation fee. Email hello@kwelio.com and we will take care of it. Timings are in our subscription policy.
How do Lio Points work?
Log your Beads in the Kwelio app, coming to the App Store for iPhone in Q4 2026, and earn Lio Points. Your points are yours, and Beads customers redeem them for rewards from Kwelio’s partners. More about Lio Points.
