Privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to supplements.kwelio.com. Beads by Kwelio products are sold by Kwelio Food Supplements Trading LLC. Kwelio operates under Lumio Holdings Ltd (ADGM), the data controller. For our group privacy policy, see kwelio.com/privacy.

Data we collect

Name, email address, delivery address, purchase history, payment details (processed by Stripe; we never store card data), the name you ask us to put on a name badge, and any optional health and supplement preferences you give us.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, manage your subscription, run the Lio Points programme, contact you about your orders, reply to business and Amber Programme enquiries, and improve our products and services.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store or transmit full card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Notify lists

If you leave your email on our notify page or the Osana list, we use it once, to tell you when ordering opens or when Osana is available. The two lists are separate. No newsletter, and no third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data. Email privacy@kwelio.com to exercise these rights.
