1. Who you buy from

Beads by Kwelio products are sold by Kwelio Food Supplements Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Kwelio operates under Lumio Holdings Ltd (ADGM).

2. Health disclaimer

Beads by Kwelio supplements are food supplements only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

3. Lio Points

Members earn and own their Lio Points. Beads customers redeem them for rewards from Kwelio’s partners. Lio Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change, pause or end the programme with 30 days’ notice.

4. Subscriptions

By buying a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method. See our delivery, subscription and replacement policy for pause and cancellation terms. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice to subscribers.

5. Refunds and replacements

We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, we replace it, as set out in our policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, product names and formulations on this site are owned by Lumio Holdings Ltd, except third-party brands and ingredient names, such as Osana®, Kaneka Ubiquinol® and Hyalurogluco™, which belong to their owners. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), UAE.
